Forum for Disputes. Any actions, suits or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be instituted in a state or federal court located in the State of Texas (assuming such court has jurisdiction). The Parties waive any objections they may have to such venue and irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of any such court in any such action, suit or proceeding.
