FORWARDING OF RECORDS. CONTRACTOR agrees, in the event of school or agency closure, to forward student records immediately but no later than seven (7) days to LEA. These shall include, but are not limited to, current transcripts, IEP/IFSP reports and results of proficiency testing and State Assessments.
