Foundation Customer Priority. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Paragraph 12, during any event of Diverted Cargo Force Majeure affecting Project Co, the Transporter acknowledges that the remaining capacity at the Corpus Christi Facility is apportioned by Project Co according to the Foundation Customer Priority.
