Common use of Founders Employment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Founders Employment Agreement. Charxxx X. Xxxxx, x Stockholder, hereby agrees to enter on or prior to the Closing Date into an Employment Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A (the "Founders Employment Agreement"), which agreement shall employ Charxxx X.
