Common use of Fountain Products Clause in Contracts

Fountain Products. The Customer shall only use the Postmix Products for use in preparing the fountain beverage products (the “Fountain Products”): in accordance with the standards established by Pepsi; and (ii) only for immediate or imminent consumption and shall not resell the Postmix Products either to nonaffiliated outlets or to consumers in any form other than the Fountain Products.
