Four - Board of Trustees. 1. Should the grievant not be satisfied with the response at Step Three, the grievant may file an appeal of the grievance to the Board of Trustees. The grievant shall initiate this appeal by delivering, within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the Step Three response, a copy of the Grievance Form containing the written responses from prior Steps, and any other pertinent documents, to the Office of the Board of Trustees.
