Common use of Fourth Amendment Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment shall be and become effective as of the date hereof (the “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”) when all of the conditions set forth in this Part 3 shall have been satisfied, and thereafter this Amendment shall be known, and may be referred to, as the “Fourth Amendment”.

Fourth Amendment Effective Date. This Amendment Amendatory Agreement shall be and become effective as of on the date hereof first set forth above (the “"Fourth Amendment Effective Date”") when all each of the conditions set forth in this Part 3 Subpart 3.1 shall have been satisfied, and thereafter this Amendment shall be known, and may be referred to, as the “Fourth Amendment”.

This Amendment Amendment, and the amendments and modifications contained herein, shall be and become effective as of on the date hereof (the “"Fourth Amendment Effective Date”") when all each of the conditions set forth in this Part 3 Subpart 3.1 shall have been satisfiedfulfilled to the satisfaction of the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders; provided, and thereafter that, such date shall occur prior to the termination date set forth in Subpart 3.2 (whereupon this Amendment shall be known, known and may be referred to, to as the “Fourth Amendment”"Amendment No. 4").

This Amendment shall be and become effective as of the date hereof first written above (the “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”) on the first date when all of the conditions set forth in this Part 3 Amendment shall have been satisfiedduly executed and delivered by the Company, each of the Restricted Subsidiaries that are parties to the Credit Agreement, the Administrative Agent and thereafter this Amendment shall be known, and may be referred to, as the “Fourth Amendment”Majority Banks.

This Notwithstanding the date of execution of this Fourth Amendment, upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4(a) above, this Fourth Amendment shall be and become effective as of the date hereof February 28, 2014 (the “Fourth Amendment Effective Date”) when all of the conditions set forth in this Part 3 shall have been satisfied, and thereafter this Amendment shall be known, and may be referred to, as the “Fourth Amendment”).
