Common use of Fourth Supplementary Agreement Clause in Contracts

Fourth Supplementary Agreement. (1) The Fourth Supplementary Agreement is ratified. (2) The implementation of the Fourth Supplementary Agreement is authorised. (3) Without limiting or otherwise affecting the application of the Government Agreements Xxx 0000, the Fourth Supplementary Agreement operates and takes effect despite any other Act or law.
