Fractional Interest. The Company shall not be required to issue fractions of Warrant Shares upon the exercise of the Warrant. If any fraction of a Warrant Share would, except for the provisions of this Section, be issuable upon the exercise of the Warrant (or specified portions thereof), the Company shall round such calculation to the nearest whole number and disregard the fraction.
