Common use of Fractional Share Payment Clause in Contracts

Fractional Share Payment. No fractional shares or script representing fractional shares shall be issued upon the exercise of this Warrant and if the exercise of this Warrant results in a fraction, in lieu of any such fractional share the Company shall pay cash equal to such fraction multiplied by the then effective Purchase Price.
