Common use of Fractional Shares Clause in Contracts

Fractional Shares. Series B Preferred Stock may be issued in fractions of a share which shall entitle the holder, in proportion to such holder's fractional shares, to exercise voting rights, receive dividends, participate in distributions and to have the benefit of all other rights of holders of Series B Preferred Stock.

The Series B A Preferred Stock may be issued in fractions of a share which that shall entitle the holder, in proportion to such holder's fractional shares, to exercise voting rights, receive dividends, participate in distributions and to have the benefit of all other rights of holders of Series B Preferred A Stock.

Fractional Shares. Series B C Participating Preferred Stock may be issued in fractions of a share which shall entitle the holder, in proportion to such holder's ’s fractional shares, to exercise voting rights, receive dividends, participate in distributions and to have the benefit of all other rights of holders of Series B C Participating Preferred Stock.

Fractional Shares. Series B A Preferred Stock may be issued in fractions of a share (in one one-thousandths of a share and integral multiples thereof) which shall entitle the holder, in proportion to such holder's fractional shares, to exercise voting rights, receive dividends, participate in distributions and to have the benefit of all other rights of holders of Series B A Preferred Stock.
