Common use of Fractional Units and Shares Clause in Contracts

Fractional Units and Shares. The number of Units credited to Director’s Account shall include fractional Units calculated to at least two decimal places, unless otherwise determined by the Committee. Upon settlement of the Units Director shall be paid, in cash, an amount equal to the value of any fractional share that would have otherwise been deliverable in settlement of such Units.
