Fractional Warrant Shares. The Company shall not be required to issue fractions of Warrant Shares upon exercise of the Warrant or to distribute certificates which evidence fractional Warrant Shares. If any fraction of a Warrant Share would, except for the provisions of this Section 10, be issuable on the exercise of any Warrant (or specified portion thereof), the Company shall pay to the Registered Holder an amount in cash equal to the Market Price as of the Exercise Date, multiplied by such fraction.
