Fractional Warrant Shares. No fractional Warrant Shares will be issued in connection with any exercise hereunder, but in lieu of such fractional shares the Company shall, in its sole discretion, either make a cash payment therefor upon the basis of the Warrant Price then in effect or round the fractional share upward to the next whole integer.
