Framework for Collective Bargaining. EOPA shall notify the Employer of its intent to bargain not less than sixty (60) days before the expiration of this Agreement. The parties mutually agree that it is undesirable to interrupt the school program or the occupational responsibilities of the Board members for the purpose of negotiations.
