Franchise Owner s use of the Proprietary Marks pursuant to this Agreement does not give Franchise Owner any ownership interest or any other interest in or to the Proprietary Marks, except the franchise granted herein;
Franchise Owner wishes to obtain a franchise in order to operate a business utilizing the System and the Proprietary Marks, as well as to receive the Manual, the training and other assistance provided by Franchisor in connection with the System pursuant to this Agreement.

Franchise Owner expressly acknowledges and agrees that SFS may itself construct and/or operate, and grant to others the right to construct and/or operate any business not utilizing the Licensed Marks, at any location.
