Common use of FRANCHISEE IDENTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

FRANCHISEE IDENTIFICATION. Franchisee shall provide the City with the following information for the purpose of compliance with California Unemployment Insurance Code section 1088.8: Franchisee’s name, address, telephone number, social security number or federal tax identification number, and whether dependent health insurance coverage is available to Franchisee.

FRANCHISEE IDENTIFICATION. Franchisee FRANCHISEE shall provide the City COUNTY with the following information for the purpose of compliance with California Unemployment Insurance Code section 1088.81088.8 and SCC chapter 2.160: Franchisee’s FRANCHISEE’S name, address, telephone number, social security number or federal tax identification number, and whether dependent health insurance coverage is available to FranchiseeFRANCHISEE.
