Franchisee understands Clause Samples

Franchisee understands and acknowledges that the Franchisor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to reduce the scope of any covenant set forth in Section 15.2 of this Agreement, or any portion thereof, without Franchisee's written consent, effective immediately upon receipt by Franchisee of written notice thereof. Franchisee agrees that he shall comply forthwith with any covenant as so modified, which will be fully enforceable notwithstanding the provisions of Article XX hereof.
