Franchisee’s Responsibilities. Franchisee is responsible for the entire cost of renovating, equipping, supplying and furnishing the Hotel as a System Hotel.
Franchisee’s Responsibilities. Franchisee shall execute the agreements and releases described in Section 4.3.1. and return the executed documents to the Franchisor within thirty (30) days of Franchisee's receipt thereof. Franchisee's failure to execute and return the agreements and releases shall constitute Franchisee's election not to enter into a Successive Agreement.

3. The Second party shall use online / offline Guidance and Counseling services in connection with the Business as have been approved by the First party.
4. The Second party shall deliver the goods to the customer and along with the delivery confirmation report is to be sent to the First party on daily, weekly and monthlybasis.
5. The Second Party shall deliver goods to all Super Stockiest and Shopee available in their territory only.
6. Second Party shall bear the cost of Transportation for delivering goods to Stockiest & Super Stockiest.
7. Minimum 50% Average Stock balance shall be maintained under any circumstances during the entire tenure of the agreement in case of C&F and Superstockist, otherwise it will not be entitled to the commission to be paid to C&F and Superstockist as the case may be. Further, the commission payable will be subject to the level of stock maintained.
8. The Second Party must order goods of Minimum value of Rs. 1,00,000/-in case of C&F, Rs 50000/- in case of Superstockist and Rs 25000/- in case of Shopee for maintaining the Specified Stock Balance.
9. The monthly commission will be transferred to the second party’s bank account on 15th day of the corresponding closing month.
10. The Second party shall maintain the Premises to the highest standards and not carry out any alterations or any other business / service operation without the First party’s consent.
11. The Second party shall provide the following information to the prospect / consumers at the time of sale, namely:
a. Name, address, registration number or enrollment number, identity proof and telephone number of the direct seller and details of direct selling entity.
b. A description of the goods or services to be supplied.
c. Explain to the consumer about the Buy Back Policy of The First party in the details before the transaction.
d. The order date, the total amount to be paid by the consumer along with the bill and receipt.
e. Time and place for inspection of the sample and delivery of goods.
f. Information of his / her rights to cancel the order and / or to return the product in good condition and avail refund on the amount paid.
g. Details regarding the complaint redressal mechanism.

Franchisee’s Responsibilities. Franchisee shall, at its sole cost and expense, keep and maintain the Advertising Plant and every part thereof in lawful order, condition and repair. Franchisee shall promptly make all such replacements, restorations, renewals and repairs to the Advertising Plant, whether ordinary or extraordinary, foreseen or unforeseen. Franchisee shall maintain and repair all utility systems serving the Advertising Plant, if any, but in no event shall any corrective action be undertaken without first receiving written approval from District. Franchisee’s operations with regard to the Advertising Plant, including installation of advertising, shall be performed as provided for in the Agreement and in this Attachment F.
Franchisee’s Responsibilities. Franchisee shall be responsible for locating and submitting to BKC for approval, pursuant to Section 5.16.1 above, suppliers and distributors capable of manufacturing and/or delivering all BKC required goods and services to the Franchised Restaurant on a consistent and reliable basis.
