FRANCHISES AND RIGHTS OF WAY. All the corporate and other franchises of the Company, all water and flowage rights, riparian rights, easements and rights of way, and all permits, licenses, rights, grants, privileges and immunities, and all renewals, extensions, additions or modifications of any of the foregoing, whether the same or any thereof, or any renewals, extensions, additions or modifications thereof, are now owned or may hereafter be acquired, owned, held, or enjoyed by the Company.
