Franchisor Relations. The Servicer shall review any information that it receives under the terms of the related Loans as to each Borrower's compliance with requirements of the related Franchisor, and shall notify the Indenture Trustee, the Credit Enhancer and the Issuer if the Servicer becomes aware that any Borrower is not in compliance with the requirements of the related Franchisor.
