Franchisor Subordinations. Borrower shall have delivered to Lender (1) certified copies of each Franchise Agreement and (2) the Franchisor’s Subordinations, and Borrower shall have paid or undertaken to pay any fees, costs and expenses requested by the Franchisors in connection with providing the foregoing items.
