Fraud and Dishonesty. My commission of a willful act of fraud, embezzlement or misappropriation of any money or properties of the Company or its affiliates (other than an insubstantial and unintentional misappropriation that has been remedied within 10 days after the Company provides me with notice of such misappropriation).
Fraud and Dishonesty. Contractor expressly warrants that it will conduct its business activities without perpetrating any fraud or dishonesty on consumers it serves through the Program. Contractor agrees that it will take all reasonable efforts to avoid doing any harm to SMUD, its subcontractors, sponsors, or the U.S. EPA organizations, their brands, or good- will.

(b) arising out of, based upon or attributable to any actual or alleged act, error or omission of any Insured or any consultant, sub-contractor, agent or person acting on the Insured’s behalf, committed or alleged to have been committed intentionally or with reckless disregard for the consequences. Exclusion 4.7(a) shall apply to Automatic Extension 2.4 but only to dishonest or fraudulent acts or omissions occurring after discovery by the Insured of reasonable cause for suspicion of any such act or omission. Exclusion 4.7(a) shall not apply to any Insured who is innocent of committing or condoning any such dishonest or fraudulent act or omission.
Fraud and Dishonesty. Executive’s commission of a willful act of fraud or dishonesty, the purpose or effect of which materially and adversely affects the Company or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Group”).

Nothing contained herein or in the provisions of this policy shall limit Insurer’s right to void this policy by reason of any inaccurate or misleading information supplied by the Insured or material information omitted to be supplied by the Insured. If any Claim under this Policy is in any respect fraudulent all benefit under this policy shall become void.

Contractor shall make best efforts to avoid doing any harm to SDG&E, its contractors or subcontractors, sponsors of the Program, the SDG&E brand or goodwill, or the EPA.
Fraud and Dishonesty. CLAIM which would otherwise be excluded because of fraud and dishonesty in Exclusion 7.8 of the POLICY provided that WE will not provide cover in respect of any:
a) person committing or condoning any act, omission or breach excluded by Exclusion 7.8 of the POLICY.
b) CLAIM arising from or directly or indirectly attributable to or in consequence of:
i) any loss of money, negotiable instruments, bonds, coupons, currency, bank notes, stamps, cheques, bills of exchange, letters of credit or other instruments whether negotiable or not or whether matured or not or securities or documents evidencing title to or ownership of land or any other property; or
ii) any actual or alleged fraudulent or dishonest instruction or direction; or use of electronic equipment, including but not limited to, telephony or the internet; resulting in:
(a) any unauthorised transfer, delivery or payment of, or dealing with, any money, land or other property; or
(b) any unauthorised reduction in the amount of any funds or other assets held by any person with any bank, building society or other institution or person having a responsibility for the maintenance or care of such funds or assets; or
(c) any adverse effect upon any right of any person to the payment of money.
Fraud and Dishonesty. Any other conduct, at the Company’s sole discretion, that the Company believes to be worthy of immediate dismissal to protect the Company.
