Dishonesty. Drinking alcoholic beverages while on duty or in such close time proximity thereto as to cause any detrimental effect upon the employee or upon employees associated with him/her.
Dishonesty. Possession of an open container or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the job, or reporting for work while being under the influence of alcohol.
