Fraud Reporting Requirements. A. The Contractor, or any subcontractor, to the extent that the subcontractor is delegated responsibility by the Contractor for coverage of services and payment of claims under this Contract, shall implement and maintain arrangements or procedures designed to detect and prevent fraud, waste and abuse that include prompt reporting to the Department about the following:
