Common use of Fraudulent Actions Clause in Contracts

Fraudulent Actions. 9.27. In the event of SA-IAS determining that the Supplier has acted fraudulently or grossly negligently in any manner, including but not limited to SA-IAS determining that a Supplier has falsely claimed, in any manner whatsoever, that a Product has been included in a Listing, all Products of the Supplier will be removed from the applicable Listings and SA-IAS will be entitled to cancel the Agreement by written notice to the Supplier. In addition, the Supplier will be liable for all reasonable cost incurred by SA-IAS pursuant to the investigation of the conduct of the Supplier.
