We will indemnify you against all sums which you shall become legally liable to pay above the excess as a result of any claim against you during the period of insurance as a result of a third party’s good faith reliance on a hackers fraudulent use of your information and communication assets where there was a clear intention to cause you loss or obtain a personal gain for the hacker. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the sub-limit of indemnity of £100,000 which amount is the maximum payable any one claim and in the aggregate during the period of insurance.
