Common use of Fraudulent Use of Services Clause in Contracts

Fraudulent Use of Services. Customer is responsible for all charges attributable to Customer incurred respecting the Service. In the case of usage-based Services, Customer is responsible for all usage charges even if incurred as the result of fraudulent or unauthorized use of Service; except that Customer shall not be responsible for fraudulent or unauthorized use by Level 3 or its employees.
