Common use of Fraudulent Use of Services Clause in Contracts

Fraudulent Use of Services. Customer is responsible for all charges attributable to Customer incurred respecting Service, even if incurred as the result of fraudulent or unauthorized use of Service; except Customer shall not be responsible for fraudulent or unauthorized use by Level 3 or its employees.

Fraudulent Use of Services. Customer is solely responsible for all Service Fees and/or any other charges attributable incurred relating to Customer the Services, whether incurred respecting Serviceby itself, its End Users or third parties, even if such Service Fees and/or other charges were incurred through or as the a result of fraudulent or unauthorized use of Service; except Customer shall not be responsible for fraudulent or unauthorized use by Level 3 or its employeesthe Services.
