Fraudulent Use of Services. The Customer is solely responsible for all charges incurred with respect to the Services, even if such charges were incurred through or as a result of fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Services. Nothing in this Section 4, however, will be construed to obligate DSM Telecom to detect or report fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Services.
