Common use of Free from Encumbrance Clause in Contracts

Free from Encumbrance. The Shares must be transferred free from any Encumbrance and with all rights, including dividend rights, attached or accruing to them on and from the date of this agreement (other than as provided for, or contemplated by, this agreement including clause 1.3 (“Intercompany Debt”) and clause 1.4 (“Payments under Mungari Asset Sale and Purchase Agreement”)).

Free from Encumbrance. The Shares must be transferred free from any Encumbrance and with all rights, including dividend rights, attached or accruing to them on and from the date of this agreement (other than as provided for, or contemplated by, this agreement including clause 1.3 (“Intercompany Debt”) and clause 1.4 (“Payments under Mungari Asset Sale and Purchase Agreement”))agreement.
