FREE FROM LIENS. Tenant shall (i) pay for all labor and services performed or materials used by or furnished to Tenant or any contractor employed by Tenant with respect to the Premises, and (ii) indemnify and defend (with counsel acceptable to Landlord) Landlord against and hold Landlord, and its members, partners, officers, employees, successors and assigns and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and liabilities, causes of action, judgments or obligations resulting therefrom, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
