Free Replacement Sample Clauses
Free Replacement. If Buyer’s Toshiba MFD, Facsimile or its accessories, do not operate within Toshiba’s product specifications during the term of its lease or if purchased its maintenance service term, and if the equipment cannot be repaired to perform within product specifications, Contractor will replace the MFD, facsimile or accessory at no charge with a model of equal or better features and specifications.
Free Replacement. Copiermax management may, at their discretion, elect to replace or upgrade an equipment order, or to replace or upgrade existing covered equipment with comparable or better equipment to provide required reliability for customer. Customer may incur replacement deductible costs associated with equipment replacement during the term of this warranty and agrees to pay any necessary transportation costs.

Free Replacement. In the event that the candidate voluntarily terminates employment with within 3 months from date of joining, Service Provider will provide a free replacement within 10 working days.
