A Free Subscription clause defines the terms under which a user can access a service or product without payment for a specified period. Free Subscription. Subject to the terms herein, Customer may access the Free Subscription under a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license. Use of Unpaid Subscription may be made available to Customer without consideration subject to any license metrics prescribed by Company in the Order, or as otherwise provided from time to time through the DreamTeam website. Use of additional features and tools or access to increase license metrics beyond what is included in the Free Subscription will require execution of an Order form. Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that access to the Free Subscription may be terminated at any time in Company’s sole discretion and that Company may terminate Customer’s Account and access to the Free Subscription without prior notice and without liability to Company. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE FREE SUBSCRIPTION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY HEREBY EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE FREE SUBSCRIPTION. COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE FREE SUBSCRIPTION SHALL NOT EXCEED US$1,000.
Free Subscription. If you meet the criteria for a Free Subscription as described on our website, you can sign up for a Free Subscription, which is free of charge and limited to the features described as applicable to the Free Subscription on our website.
Free Subscription. Subject to Partner’s continued compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Devolutions hereby grants Partner a royalty-free, non- exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Self-Hosted Software on its System and the right to access and use the Cloud Service for the earlier of (i) the end of the Free Subscription Period, or (ii) the expiration of the applicable Ancillary Agreement. Partner’s rights under this Section are limited to the specific Self-Hosted Software or Cloud Services, modules, features, number of Users, and other usage parameters defined in the Software Package:
(i) In the case of a Technology Partner, for the sole purposes of creating, configuring, testing, evaluating and/or demonstrating interoperability between Partner’s products and the Software Products or for other authorized development purposes; or
(ii) In the case of a Business Partner, for internal evaluation purposes and/or to provide technical and customer support services to Users. (collectively the “Purposes”). The Free Subscription is granted to the Partner exclusively for the Purposes.
Free Subscription. (a) This section shall only apply if the Software has been provided to you as a "Free Subscription". A Free Subscription of the Software is a copy that Transoft Solutions provides you for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling you to evaluate the Software for such Subscription period as Transoft Solutions specifies, which provision is on the basis of the Software being provided "AS IS", with all faults, and with no warranties, either express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and any other warranties of satisfactory quality, non-infringement, or that the Software will operate uninterrupted or error free, or maintenance service.
(b) If you wish to continue to use a Free Subscription of the Software at the end of the Subscription period specified by Transoft Solutions, you must contact a Transoft Solutions representative and purchase a License for a full Subscription of the Software and promptly discontinue use of the Free Subscription.
(c) If you elect to discontinue use of the Free Subscription at the end of the Subscription period, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software from any machine on which the Software has been downloaded or installed, including backup copies, and delete all drawings created using the Software. You must also return controlling hardware locks, all Documentation, and any other materials provided to you as part of the evaluation process.
