Free Trial Term Sample Clauses
The Free Trial Term clause defines the period during which a customer can use a product or service at no cost before committing to a paid subscription or purchase. Typically, this clause specifies the duration of the trial, any limitations on usage, and the process for transitioning to a paid plan once the trial ends. Its core practical function is to allow potential customers to evaluate the offering risk-free, thereby encouraging adoption while clearly setting expectations about when charges will begin.
Free Trial Term. With respect to a Free Trial, the term begins on the Order Form Effective Date or the rece ipt of Axway welcome letter sent by email to the Customer and ends on the later of (a) the 30th day following the Ordering Document Effective Date, and (b) the Free Trial expiration date specified in the Ordering D ocument or the applicable Axway welcome letter.
Free Trial Term. This Agreement can be preceded by a Free Trial Term of thirty (30) days. During the Free Trial Term Customer is entitle to use the StoreFrame Platform without paying a Fee to StoreFrame. The remaining terms and provisions of these Terms and the Agreement are applicable to the Free Trial Term. Customer may only use the StoreFrame Platform via a Free Trial Term once. After the Free Trial Term ends, Customer is not entitled to use the StoreFrame Platform any longer, unless Customer places a paid order and will start an Order Initial Term.
