Free Trials. If Customer uses a Free Trial, then the applicable provisions of this Agreement will Govern that Free Trial, and AuditBoard will make such Free Trial available to Customer on a trial basis, free of charge, until the earlier of (a) the end of the trial period for which Customer agreed to use such Free Trial, (b) the start date of any Service subscription purchased by Customer for such Service, or (c) termination of the Free Trial by Audit Board in its sole discretion. A free trial period may be extended upon mutual agreement by AuditBoard and Customer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, a Free Trial is provided “AS IS.” AUDITBOARD MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AND SHALL HAVE NO INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO A FREE TRIAL. AUDITBOARD SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OF ANY TYPE WITH RESPECT TO A FREE TRIAL, UNLESS SUCH EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY IS NOT ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IN WHICH CASE AUDITBOARD'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A FREE TRIAL IS US$5,000. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN SECTION 9 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY), CUSTOMER SHALL NOT USE THE FREE TRIAL IN A MANNER THAT VIOLATES APPLICABLE LAWS AND WILL BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY ITS USE OF A FREE TRIAL. ANY DATA AND CONFIGURATION ENTERED INTO CUSTOMER’S FREE TRIAL ACCOUNT MAY BE PERMANENTLY LOST UPON TERMINATION OF THE FREE TRIAL.
Free Trials. Any free trial, sample, or other abridged versions of our services that are offered shall be considered a one (1) time use based on the registering of a user’s e-mail. It is strictly prohibited for a user to create and register more than one (1) e-mail solely to access another free trial on the website.
Free Trials. We may offer Services on a free trial basis (“Free Trial”) for a period of time specified at NortonLifeLock’s discretion. If we offer you a Free Trial, the specific terms of your Free Trial will be provided at signup and/or in the promotional materials describing the Free Trial and your use of the Free Trial is subject to your compliance with such specific terms. Except as may otherwise be provided in the specific terms for the Free Trial offer, Free Trials are only available to users who have not previously subscribed to the Services in connection with which the Free Trial is being offered. We reserve the right to modify or terminate Free Trials at any time, without notice and in our sole discretion. Unless you cancel before the expiration of your Free Trial, if the offer included it, then your subscription will automatically renew at the then- applicable price published by us.
Free Trials. If we offer a Free Trial, the specific terms applicable to your Free Trial will be provided at signup and/or in the promotional materials describing the Free Trial. Your use of the Free Trial is subject to your compliance with such specific terms.
Free Trials. If Customer registers for a Free Trial Service on Okta’s website, Okta will make such Free Trial Service available to Customer on a trial basis, free of charge, until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period for which Customer registered to use the applicable Free Trial Service(s), or (b) the start date of any Service subscription purchased by you for such Service(s). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, during the free trial, the Free Trial Service is provided “as-is” without any representation or warranty.
Free Trials. 5.3.1 Free trial periods for professional Data use are not granted under normal circumstances as the reporting mechanism has an in-built free trial (Devices enabled after the first day of the month are not counted until the next month).
5.3.2 If a Redistributor offers a free trial that goes over the first day of any month, the Redistributor must report and pay for the Device or Unique User Id as fee liable unless otherwise agreed in advance with the Exchange.
5.3.3 Free trial periods for Private Investors of up to a maximum of 14 days can be offered (with prior approval from the Exchanges) by appropriately licensed Redistributors. These free trials may operate over any 14 day period but the Redistributor must ensure that such free trials are restricted to those users who complete a declaration, in advance, stating that they are eligible as per our Private Investor criteria (please see section 5.7)
5.3.4 Redistributors seeking to offer free trials to Private Investors must implement technical and procedural controls to prevent users repeatedly signing-up for free trials. These controls must be approved by the Exchanges prior to go live.
Free Trials. In the event that Company offers trial access to **** and/or **** and/or **** to any particular Subscriber on a free-of-charge basis (such access, a “Free Trial”), Label shall ****, provided always that:
(i) In respect of Subscribers who have supplied **** or other **** prior to being granted access to the free trial, no single Subscriber may be offered more than **** in aggregate, provided that End Users who have previously accessed the Premium Subscriptions and/or Family Premium Subscriptions and/or student subscriptions as part of a **** shall be offered no more than **** in aggregate.
(ii) In respect of Subscribers who have not supplied ****, no single Subscriber may be offered more than **** in aggregate (provided that users who previously accessed the Service as part of a **** Free Trial shall be offered no more than **** in aggregate).
(iii) Subscribers who are offered one (1) or more Trial Days and supply their **** (subject to applicable local law) into a paid subscription to the **** and/or **** and/or **** at the end of the last Trial Day in the block offered unless they **** the subscription prior to the end of such Trial Day.
(iv) In the event that a Subscriber subscribes to the Subscription Service prior to having been offered the **** set out in clauses (i) or (ii) above, and such user ****, Company shall have the right to use any **** such End User.
(v) During Trial Days, Company shall give each Subscriber who has not previously registered a **** an opportunity to **** and in the event that such End User provides a **** the end of the applicable Trial Day, such End User may be offered up to **** (less the number of Trial Days offered to such End User prior to such **** registration) in aggregate.
(vi) Without limiting any other provision of the Agreement, Trial Days shall: (a) be solely Company branded; and (b) only be made available by the Company ****.
(vii) In the case that Company tests ****), **** indicating that such trials lead to **** to paid subscriptions and **** may agree to **** of this Agreement in order to **** on **** connected with such trials. Company shall include in its monthly reporting to Label the number of Free Trials offered in the previous month.
(viii) Other than to the extent permitted in this sub-paragraph (1), no Subscriber shall be entitled to register for a Free Trial in the event that he/she has previously been a Subscriber to any of the Subscription Services, including by way of a Free Trial, in the previous...
Free Trials. If Customer accesses the Hosted Service for a free trial, the Hosted Service will be available to Customer on a trial basis free of charge until the earliest to occur of (a) the end of the free trial period for which Customer registered, (b) the start date of any purchased Hosted Service subscriptions ordered by Customer, or (c) termination by Velocify in Velocify’s sole discretion. Additional trial terms and conditions may appear on the trial registration web page. Any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding. ANY CUSTOMER DATA CUSTOMER ENTERS INTO THE SERVICES, AND ANY CUSTOMIZATIONS MADE TO THE SERVICES BY OR FOR CUSTOMER, DURING A FREE TRIAL WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST UNLESS CUSTOMER PURCHASES A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SAME SERVICES AS THOSE COVERED BY THE TRIAL, PURCHASES APPLICABLE UPGRADED SERVICES, OR EXPORTS SUCH CUSTOMER DATA, BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, DURING THE FREE TRIAL THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.
Free Trials. If Subscriber registers for a free trial for any of the Services, Zendesk will make such Services available to Subscriber pursuant to this Agreement as well as the terms and conditions stated at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/company/agreements-and-terms/free- trial-terms.

Trial terms and conditions may appear on the trial registration web page. Any such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding. Please review the applicable Documentation during the trial period so that You become familiar with the features and functions of the Services under applicable Service Plans before You make Your purchase. ANY SERVICE DATA YOU ENTER INTO A SERVICE, AND ANY CONFIGURATIONS OR CUSTOMIZATIONS MADE TO A SERVICE BY OR FOR YOU, DURING YOUR FREE TRIAL WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST UNLESS YOU PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SAME SERVICE AS COVERED BY THE TRIAL, PURCHASE THE APPLICABLE SERVICE, OR EXPORT SUCH SERVICE DATA, BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD.
