Common use of Free Will Clause in Contracts

Free Will. You are entering into this Agreement of your own free will and without coercion, intimidation or threat of retaliation. You acknowledge and agree that the Employer and/or the Company have not exerted any undue pressure or influence on you in this regard. You acknowledge that you have had reasonable time to determine whether entering into this Agreement is in your best interest and you have read and fully understand the terms set forth in this Agreement. You understand that if you request additional time to review the provisions of this Agreement, a reasonable extension of time will be granted.
