Freedom to License. In the event of termination of this Agreement or the receipt by Licensor of a notice of termination from Licensee, Licensor shall be free to license to others the use of the Trademark in connection with the manufacture and sale of Licensed Products in the Territory, but only if the sale of such Licensed Products in the Territory produced pursuant to such third party agreement is prohibited until after the termination of this Agreement.
