Common use of Freight Customer Events of Default Clause in Contracts

Freight Customer Events of Default. ‌ (a) [Not used]; (b) an Insolvency Event occurs in relation to the Freight Customer; (c) [Not used]; (d) any Track Charges or other amount due by the Freight Customer to Network Rail under this contract remain unpaid for more than seven days after their due date; (e) any breach of this contract by the Freight Customer which, by itself or taken together with any other such breach, results, or is likely to result, in material financial loss to Network Rail; and (f) any breach of this contract by the Freight Customer which, by itself or taken together with any other such breach, results, or is likely to result, in material disruption to train operations of other train operators.
