FREIGHT HANDLING. Shipping and receiving for all events in the Diamond Banquet and Conference Center or the Suburban Collection Showplace Expo Halls will be handled by Artcraft Display and will incur a fee based on the weight of the shipment and period of time the shipment is stored. The Licensor shall not accept any goods shipped to the Facility for the Licensee or any person claiming under the Licensee prior to the beginning of the License Period or during the License Period if any sum is to be paid to the carrier of such goods upon his delivery thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Licensor shall not be obligated to accept any goods shipped to the Licensee during the License Period except by prior written consent to the Licensor. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damage to said property, and the Licensee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor for and against any claim of loss or of damage to said property and to any damage to other persons or property caused by said property.
FREIGHT HANDLING. Carrier shall protect and preserve USP Shippers’ freight and shall transport all freight with prompt, responsible, and reasonable dispatch in accordance with the scheduled delivery requirements of USP. Carrier will train its drivers in the proper handling of USP Shippers’ freight (including hazardous materials when shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 C.F. R. §70, et seq.) from the point of origin to the point of delivery, including the loading and unloading of the vehicles, if required.
FREIGHT HANDLING. Loading and Unloading of Exhibit Materials
1. Ship materials to Alliance’s Advance Warehouse up to 30 days in advance. Alliance will bring materials to the assigned Exhibit Space. Fees apply: refer to Alliance’s Online Exhibitor Guide.
2. Deliveries by personal vehicle or third-party delivery service to the designated Loading Area at Pier 27. Materials will be unloaded by Alliance and delivered to your assigned Exhibit Space. Fees apply: refer to Alliance’s Online Exhibitor Guide.
FREIGHT HANDLING. An exhibitor may “hand carry” material provided they do not use material-handling equipment to assist them. When exhibitors choose to “hand carry” material, they may not be permitted access to the loading dock/freight door areas. Wheeled devices such as luggage carriers are not considered “hand carry.”
FREIGHT HANDLING. All work involved in the loading and unloading of all trucks, trailers and common and contract carriers, as well as the handling of empty crates and the operation of material handling equipment, is under union jurisdiction. The union also has the jurisdiction of the unloading, uncrating, unskidding, leveling, painting and assembly of machinery and equipment, as well as the reverse process. Full-time employees of exhibiting companies may „hand carry‟ material provided they do not use material handling equipment. When exhibitors do choose to „hand carry‟ material, they may not be permitted access to the loading dock/freight door areas. GES Exposition Services will not be responsible for any material we do not handle. All exhibitors are expected to comply with any union requirements in effect and as outlined in the “SHOW SITE WORK RULES” section of the Exhibitor kit.

C.6.1 The Contractor shall act on behalf of the Government on any selected incoming and outgoing Government cargo that may be assigned to the Contractor under this contract, including the effecting of necessary transport of Government cargo within Bangladesh. The Contractor accepts full responsibility for any and all losses and/or damage, from the time such cargo is received into the hands of the Contractor until it is released into the custody of the Government as evidenced by a signed receipt. The Contractor further agrees that in any instance involving loss or damage to the Government cargo, where the Contractor fails to exercise reasonable diligence, the Contractor shall assume full responsibility for such losses or damage including payment of claims for such losses or damage.

The Contractor accepts full responsibility for any and all losses and/or damage, from the time such cargo is received into the hands of the Contractor until it is released into the custody of the Government as evidenced by a signed receipt. The Contractor further agrees that in any instance involving loss or damage to the Government cargo, where the Contractor fails to exercise reasonable diligence, the Contractor shall assume full responsibility for such losses or damage including payment of claims for such losses or damage.
C.6.2 The Contractor shall transport all incoming Government cargo handled under the contract from commercial facilities at Port Dili to the destination in the Bahrain area or elsewhere in middle east including off-loading from the Contractor's vehicle, as specified by the COR unless otherwise directed by the COR in writing to the Contractor.
C.6.3 The Contractor shall pick up from the Government in the Dili or elsewhere in middle east in time to ensure delivery to Bahrain facilities within 8:00 am – 5:00 pm hours of the request for pickup. The Contractor shall not place cargo in any warehouse at Government expense without prior approval of the COR.
FREIGHT HANDLING. Exhibitors at their own expense can arrange for receipt of shipments, delivery and reshipping after the show by prior arrangement with the 2017 BIA-Hawaii, The New Summer HBRS’s, official show decorator.

C.6.2 The Contractor shall transport all incoming Government cargo handled under the contract from commercial facilities at Amman/Aqaba, Queen Ali International Airport or Marka Airport to the final destination in the Amman area or elsewhere in Jordan including off-loading from the Contractor's vehicle, as specified by the COR unless otherwise directed by the COR in writing to the Contractor.
C.6.3 The Contractor shall pick up from the Government in Amman or elsewhere in Jordan in time to insure delivery to Aqaba/Neighboring Countries, Xxxxx Xxxx International airport or Marka Airport facilities within 48 hours of the request for pickup. The Contractor shall not place cargo in any warehouse at Government expense without prior approval of the COR.

The contractor accepts full responsibility for any and all losses and/or damage, from the time such cargo is received into the hands of the contractor until it is released into the custody of the Government as evidenced by a signed receipt. The contractor further agrees that in any instance involving loss or damage to the Government cargo, where the contractor fails to exercise reasonable diligence, the contractor shall assume full responsibility for such losses or damage including payment of claims for such losses or damage.
C.5.2 The Contractor shall transport all incoming Government cargo handled under the contract from commercial facilities at Belgrade to the final destination in the Belgrade area or elsewhere in Serbia including off-loading from the contractor's vehicle, as specified by the COR unless otherwise directed by the COR in writing to the contractor.
C.5.3 The Contractor shall pick up from the Government in Belgrade or elsewhere in Serbia in time to insure delivery to the outgoing port facility in Belgrade within 48 hours of the request for pickup. The Contractor shall not place cargo in any warehouse at Government expense without prior approval of the COR.
