Shipping. Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.
Shipping. Anticipated shipment dates for Hardware Products shall be as specified in Vocera’s written acceptance of the Purchase Order. Vocera will package and ship the Hardware Products, EX WORKS Vocera’s point- of-origin (in accordance with Incoterms 2000). The Hardware Products will be shipped to the location specified on the Purchase Order, by a mode of shipment selected by Vocera and agreed upon by End User. In the absence of specific shipping and routing instructions, Vocera reserves the right to make selections of common carrier and method of shipment. Vocera shall endeavor to obtain commercially reasonable rates from its shipping vendors for shipments hereunder. Title to the Hardware (except title to Software incorporated therein), and risk of loss or damage will pass to End User upon delivery of the Hardware Products by Vocera to a common carrier. Vocera reserves the right to make partial shipments by line item to End User and invoice End User for such partial shipments. If the shipment of a Hardware Product is delayed by more than 10 Business Days from the anticipated shipment date provided by Vocera, End User’s sole and exclusive remedy for such late shipment is the right to cancel the order on two Business Days’ notice to Vocera.
Shipping. The Products are to be packaged in a manner that assures they are protected against deterioration and contamination. All shipments are to meet applicable D.O.T. Regulations. Serial numbers noted on the packing slip must match the serial number of the actual goods shipped. Incorrect or questionable documentation of serial numbers may result in shipment rejection. Shipments rejected due to Provider error will be returned solely at Provider's cost.
Shipping. 5.1 The Supplier shall be solely responsible for, and shall prepay, all freight costs, packing costs and insurance costs relating to the delivery of the Products to the Delivery Locations. The Supplier shall pack, protect and maintain at the appropriate temperature, as applicable, all Products in accordance with best practices, having regard to ensuring Product quality, to methods of carriage and handling and to weather conditions likely applicable to the transportation and delivery to the Delivery Locations and the Purchaser may reject any Products that are deemed by the Purchaser, acting reasonably, to have not been shipped in accordance with the requirements herein.
5.2 The Supplier shall comply with all applicable laws, and all corporate and industry standards respecting the safe and proper handling, transportation, cartage and delivery of the Products and, in the event of any conflict amongst any of them, the most stringent provision shall apply. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Supplier shall ensure that if pallets are used in making deliveries, the Supplier’s pallets must meet all Workplace Safety and Health regulations and the Purchaser may reject any pallets that are deemed by the Purchaser, acting reasonably, to be a risk to safety to any of the Staff of the Purchaser. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Supplier shall ensure that if any of the Products fall within the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, the Products shall be shipped in an approved container with all required and appropriate markings on the sides thereof.
5.3 A Package of Consumables shall have printed upon it the product code number, the lot number, as well as the description, the expiry date and the quantity of Products in the Package. A Package of Equipment shall have printed upon it the manufacturer’s name, the model number and the serial number. The shipping documents and invoices shall include the Agreement number, the product code number, the model number, the serial number, the description, and the quantity of the Products, as applicable, included in the shipment and related invoice. An itemized packing slip must be included with all deliveries and shall be securely fastened to the outside of any shipping container. In the event an itemized packing slip is not contained with a delivery, the Purchaser’s count of quantity will be accepted as final and conclusive. Shipping. 6.1 The price set forth by Iron Mountain in its Purchase Order or Statement of Work includes all shipping, handling and transportation costs to deliver the Goods to the designated Iron Mountain location (estimated if so indicated) and the cost of installing the Goods in Iron Mountain’s facility (if so specified) at the indicated location. Goods will be deemed delivered to Iron Mountain when assembled in accordance with specifications and accepted in writing by Iron Mountain.

Shipping. Title and risk of loss or damage to items ordered herein shall remain with Supplier until delivered to and accepted by the University. All packaging, carting, transportation, and insurance charges are to be paid for by the Supplier, unless otherwise specifically stated in the Purchase Order. All goods shipped shall be free of liens or encumbrances. Upon request, the Supplier shall furnish satisfactory evidence of freedom from any such liens or encumbrances. The Parties will assist each other in the prosecution of claims against carriers.
