FREON REMOVAL. Under this contract, work shall consist of the removal and disposal of refrigerants from items containing Freon in areas identified and approved by the County. The Freon containing items will be hauled to a County approved staging area under the terms and conditions of this contract and subsequently the Freon will be removed and disposed of by a certified technician before the unit is recycled or disposed. The removal, transportation and disposal of Freon includes obtaining all necessary Local, State, and Federal Handling Permits and operating in accordance with all Local, State, and Federal regulatory agencies.
