Frequency Allotment. 42.1 The Frequency Allotment and WOL shall be required from the WPC Wing of the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications & IT permitting utilization of appropriate frequencies / band for the establishment, maintenance and operation of Wireless elements of the Telecom Service, under specified procedure, instructions, terms and conditions including payment for said allotment and use of spectrum and for grant of WOL prescribed by WPC Wing from time to time. Services offered by the Licensee using the spectrum shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this License.
