Frequency and Location of Board Meetings; Deliberations. Meetings of the Board shall take place at least once each calendar quarter. Meetings shall be held in a location approved by all of the Directors or, failing such approval, at the principal place of business of the Company. All deliberations at Board meetings shall be held, and all resolutions shall be passed, in English.
