Frequency and Schedule. a. The Contractor shall perform the Basic Services as frequently as necessary to meet the Specifications and the other standards included in this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, frequencies stated in this Agreement are the minimum required and shall not absolve the Contractor of its responsibility to comply with the preceding sentence. b. Unless the University’s Representative otherwise instructs the Contractor in writing, the Contractor shall perform each Basic Service with a frequency no less than the frequency specified in the Specifications. c. The Contractor shall perform each Service during the Designated Hours applicable to such Service. If no Designated Hours are provided in this Agreement, services shall be provided between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. d. The Contractor shall respond to any UConn needs specified on Schedule C within any Response Times designated on Schedule C.
