Frequency and Schedule. a. The Contractor shall perform the Basic Services as frequently as necessary to meet the Specifications and the other standards included in this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, frequencies stated in this Agreement are the minimum required and shall not absolve the Contractor of its responsibility to comply with the preceding sentence.
