Common use of FREQUENCY AUTHORISATION Clause in Contracts

FREQUENCY AUTHORISATION. 31.1 A separate specific authorisation shall be required from the WPC wing of the Ministry of Communications which will permit utilization of appropriate frequencies / band for the establishment and possession and operation of concerned Wireless element of the Telecom Service under usual terms and conditions including payment for said authorisation. Grant of authorisation will be governed by normal rules, procedures and guidelines and will be subject to completion of necessary formalities prescribed therein.
