Frequency of Requests. The Borrower shall have the right, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of this Agreement, to make a Future Advance Request for a Variable Facility Advance on any day until the expiration of the Variable Facility Availability Period and to make a Future Advance Request for a Fixed Facility Advance on any day until the expiration of the Fixed Facility Availability Period.
