Frequency of the indemnification. The Parties agree that Nova OpCo shall indemnify NPC quarterly for the Losses finally incurred over the respective quarter and for which the procedure provided under this article 3 shall have been complied with, excluding events which Nova OpCo has borne directly the Loss.
