From the Instructing party. If the Instructing Party wishes to terminate this Contract for any reason whatsoever, it shall inform the Service Provider by giving advanced notice of 30 calendar days. When the Contract is terminated in accordance with Articles 11.1 or 11.2, (i) any sums due to the Service Provider shall be assessed in accordance with Articles 6 and 7.3 of the Contract and (ii) no further compensation shall be due to the Service Provider.

When the agreement is terminated in accordance with Articles 10.1 or 10.2, (i) any sums due to the service provider shall be assessed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6.3 of the agreement and (ii) no further compensation shall be due to the service provider.
