Common use of Fronted Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Fronted Letters of Credit. Any Letter of Credit which is issued by the Fronting Bank pursuant to § 2.1.1.

Fronted Letters of Credit. Any Letter of Credit which is issued by the Fronting Bank pursuant to §§ 2.1.12.1.1 and 2.1.2(b)(i).
