Frontier Portfolio Unit Value. The “Frontier Portfolio unit value” shall be determined by dividing the total net assets of the Frontier Portfolio by a given number of units. The number of units in the Frontier Portfolio shall be equal to the total shares outstanding of the Frontier Portfolio on the effective date of this Agreement; provided, however, that as assets are added to or withdrawn from the Frontier Portfolio, the number of units in the Frontier Portfolio shall be adjusted based on the unit value of the Frontier Portfolio on the day such changes are executed.
